Q: Do I need a modem?
A: Yes |
Q: Will I have to re-key each claim?
A: This depends on your software. Some programs do not require you to re-key, some do. You will have to discuss your preferences with your software vendor. |
Q: Who do I contact to get more information?
A: You can contact the Provider Relations Representative in your local ValueOptions Area Field Office or call your software vendor and ask how you can start billing your TRICARE claims electronically. |
Q: How do I file hard copy documents that support my electronic claims?
