We sincerely regret that a processing error has affected recurring credit and debit card payments for TRICARE beneficiaries served by Humana Military. We are actively working to correct this billing error, and the payment process has been stopped. Beneficiaries' health care coverage will not be interrupted. In addition, we are working directly with banks to reverse charges before they occur. We pledge that we will do everything we can to ensure that beneficiaries are not adversely affected by this error, including covering overdraft and related fees. Once you have determined your eligibility, you can compare plans to determine which option is the best for you and your family. You can also enroll online, through Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE), or make changes to your Primary Care Manager (PCM). Here you can pay your enrollment fees and add your Other Health Insurance (OHI). Keeping the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) up-to-date will prevent problems with claims and other healthcare benefits.
When life changes for you and your family, your TRICARE health plan options may also change. These are known as Qualifying Life Events (QLE). A QLE opens a 90-day period for you to make eligible enrollment changes. A QLE for one family member means all family members may make enrollment changes.Learn more
