We have fully processed the December Recurring Credit Card (RCC) payment cycle. If you discover your financial statement does not show the payment made, please call us at (800) 444-5445 before the end of the month.

Due to the recurring credit card payment issue earlier this month, the December payment cycle was interrupted, causing delays in deducting your premium payments. Your December payment will begin processing as early as Friday, December 13 through early next week. If you have any concerns, please feel free to call us at (800) 444-5445.

This error is resolved within our internal systems, we fully understand and expect individual situations may require special attention and care. Dedicated customer service representatives are available to assist if you have experienced:

  • Overdraft fees due to a temporary pending charge
  • Fees due to any cards that were cancelled or flagged as fraudulent
  • Any holds a bank may have on your card
  • Concerns over debit/credit charges on statements
