Please note: If your current method of payment is Recurring Credit Card (RCC) and you provide new credit card information, no further action is required. Once the new credit card information is updated on your account, the current card on file will no longer be charged. (Please allow up to 10 business days for changes to be processed.)
Beginning January 1, 2021, Congress directed DHA to implement enrollment fees for TRICARE Select Group A retirees as part of the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act.
If you are one of the above, please either set up your payment by EFT or RCC. All other beneficiary types should set up allotment payments.

If you are unable to pay by allotment, you must set up automatic payments via bank account or a credit/debit card:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Enrollment premiums are automatically deducted monthly from your bank account. Set up using EFT form
Recurring Credit Card (RCC) - Enrollment premiums are automatically deducted monthly from your credit/debit card. Set up using RCC form
Prime allotment - if you are a retired sponsor under the age of 65, you can have your Prime enrollment premiums deducted directly from your military retirement pay by completing an allotment authorization
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - each month your enrollment premiums will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account by completing an EFT form
