Beneficiary self-service

Our secure self-service portal offers many features that will help you take control of your healthcare journey. You can make payments, change your Primary Care Manager (PCM), find a network provider, check claims, chat with a customer service representative and more.

Register for an account

We offer two options when registering for an account for self-service. You have the option to register with your government-issued DS Logon account, or you may choose to set up an account with Humana Military. If you choose to set up an account with Humana Military, you must provide the sponsor's 9-digit TRICARE ID, your name and date of birth, ZIP Code and a valid email address. You will be asked to create a user ID and password as well.

Be sure to keep your communication preferences current and up-to-date! Communication from Humana Military, including important updates about your health benefit, is now sent electronically. Confirm and update your email address to ensure you receive all of your health correspondence and messaging.
