Our communities

Humana Military is committed to improving Healthy Days and improving population health at a community level.

Through the Office of Population Health, we are creating evidence-based, scalable and financially sustainable solutions with community partners and physician practices, including local businesses, non-profits and military health influencers.

While we work to address social determinants of health for our members, we are also active in communities across the U.S. We are always expanding relationships with nonprofit organizations, business and government leaders and military health influencers to co-create solutions for a stronger healthcare ecosystem.
